After typing at least the last name to search for an inmate, you must type in the two words seen in the box. Make sure there is a space between them. Only then can you click the "search" button. Don't click the "Click here for booking number search" unless you want to go to a different search screen and you have their booking number! You can check the hours that property can be picked up, court clothing or prescription meds can be delivered on the Inmate Property Page. Mail rules are very strict. You should review the long list of items that cannot be mailed in to an inmate and also review the specific directions on how to address the envelope found here on the Inmate Mail Page.
